Registered Psychotherapist | Clinical Director
Andrea Beites, BA, MA, RP
Andrea has experience working with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, along with other difficulties such as PTSD and trauma. Andrea will support you along the way to work through daily challenges and obstacles you face. You do not have to bear it alone.
Andrea has a strong desire to work with women and their partners who struggle with prenatal and perinatal mental health concerns. Women supporting women is something she admires and strives for.
Andrea uses compassion and mindfulness skills to work with clients to explore their thoughts and behaviors in meaningful ways. Her goal is to provide a safe space to explore challenges and the self collaboratively.

Registered Social Worker | Psychotherapist
Cora-Lee Sullivan, SSW, BSW, RSW
Cora-Lee has over 10 years of experience working with children, youth and families. She has a strong desire in aiding individuals to navigate through childhood and other areas of trauma, particularly focusing on empowerment and resiliency.
She has obtained her degree in Indigenous Social Work and is able to incorporate a holistic framework along with additional therapeutic techniques, including utilizing strength-based and client-centered approaches, that are geared to aide in the process of growth and change.
Cora-Lee has supported a diverse population group and has extensive experience in working with individuals and families with those experiencing mental health, behavioral and addiction challenges.
Cora-Lee values transparency and accountability and will support you, through collaboration, to work through obstacles and barriers that arise throughout life’s experiences.
Cora-Lee is kind, caring, dedicated and compassionate and is wanting to ensure that individuals, couples and families feel valued and comfortable in our safe-space. She will encourage openness and trust which will promote and achieve desired outcomes of overall health and wellness.

Nina Vincent, BA, MA, RP
Nina is a warm and compassionate psychotherapist who supports children, teens, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, work challenges, identity exploration, and relational challenges. She also has experience working with neurodiverse individuals, including those diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental conditions.
Nina holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Ottawa University.
Nina's therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration, empathy, and curiosity. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and emotion-focused techniques. She tailors her work to the unique needs of each client, with a goal to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
Passionate about helping individuals build emotional awareness, develop healthier coping tools, and work toward living with greater ease, clarity, and confidence, Nina supports clients in reconnecting with themselves and moving toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic.

Hailey Schroeder, BA, MA, RP (Qualifying)
Hailey offers compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults and young adults navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, bringing both thoughtful academic grounding and practical clinical experience to her work.
Hailey supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship struggles. She has a particular interest in supporting gender-diverse individuals and those exploring gender identity, creating an affirming space where clients can show up as their authentic selves.

Hailey draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and emotion-focused techniques. Erica is a Master’s student in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, offering warm, compassionate, and client-centred support to adults facing various emotional and life challenges. She is dedicated to fostering empowerment by creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood as they explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change at their own pace.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Promotion from Laurentian University. Her background allows her to offer a holistic perspective that considers mental, emotional, and overall well-being. She has a strong interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Erica draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, emotion-focused techniques, strength-based perspectives, and mindfulness-based strategies. She believes each person is an expert in their own life and works alongside clients to build emotional awareness, develop effective coping skills, and foster

Samantha offers compassionate, client-centred therapy for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and trauma-related challenges. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Laurentian University.
With over five years of experience in frontline support services, Samantha has worked as a Client Support Worker, Project Lead, and Emergency Response Specialist, supporting individuals in both community and crisis settings. These roles have strengthened her ability to provide calm, empathetic, and grounded care during times of stress and vulnerability.
She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and develop practical coping strategies that support meaningful, values-driven change.

Amanda Sasseville, RMT
Amanda has spent over 20 years developing a unique massage technique that combines soft tissue rehabilitation with relaxation. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a proud member of her association, she has accumulated more than 7,000 hours of hands-on practice since graduating. In addition, Amanda has completed extensive clinical training and continuous education to ensure she stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in massage therapy.
Amanda is highly intrigued by the ongoing research into the benefits of massage therapy, having witnessed the significant developments in the field since she began practicing. The evolving evidence continues to reinforce her belief in the therapeutic power of positive touch for people of all ages.. Ellie McIntyre, SSW
Ellie holds a Social Service Worker diploma and is deeply passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. She has a strong interest in understanding how individuals think, process experiences, and build resilience through life’s challenges.
She plans to continue her education by completing her bachelor’s degree, with the long-term goal of becoming a Registered Psychotherapist, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when individuals feel understood and supported.
In her role as Office Administrator at Northern Skies Wellness, Ellie brings this philosophy into her work by coordinating services with care, compassion, and attention to detail, helping to ensure a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for every client who connects with the practice.

Receptionist
Laura Orchard, BSc, MA (In Progress)
Laura is a second-year Masters of Counselling student at Yorkville University and is also completing a Masters of Interdisciplinary Health at Laurentian University. Her Master's thesis explores the socio-sexual assessment of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, reflecting her interest in supporting underserved communities through research and practice.
Laura is working toward becoming a Registered Psychotherapist, grounded in the belief that true healing takes root when compassion is paired with practical support. In her work, she strives to help people take real steps toward positive change in ways that are both accessible and inclusive.
In her current role as the receptionist, Laura practices this by coordinating services based on clients' needs, ensuring that every interaction is supportive and forward-moving.
